2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your bag order completes all pre-delivery inspection procedures and is officially dispatched, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your registered mailbox, including your exclusive tracking number and corresponding logistics carrier details.

Logistics tracking data will be synchronized and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up the package. Short-term data update delays belong to normal logistics situations. If tracking information cannot be updated normally beyond the time limit, you can contact our customer service for manual inquiry and follow-up processing.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to fill in accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid zip codes and effective contact information during order settlement. Please double-check all delivery details before completing payment to avoid delivery failures.

JESSICA MARIE PARMLEY assumes no liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, missing or invalid delivery information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address errors, customers need to bear all reshipping costs independently, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during long-distance transit, please submit a loss verification application to our customer support team within 5 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the official logistics team to launch a comprehensive investigation and deliver a formal processing result as soon as possible.

Bag products may suffer surface scratches, extrusion deformation, accessory loosening or packaging damage due to extrusion and collision during transportation. If you receive damaged products, please contact our after-sales team within 24 hours after receiving the package. You need to provide clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product parts as valid evidence. We will verify the actual situation and resolve the after-sales issue efficiently.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

All bag products sold in our store are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other mainstream materials, and each product is attached with targeted professional care instructions. Customers shall follow the official guidelines for daily use, storage, cleaning and maintenance of the products.

Any product damage, fading, deformation, aging and structural failure caused by irregular cleaning, improper storage environment, private disassembly and modification, or daily artificial misuse are not covered by our after-sales guarantee. We will not bear any compensation and maintenance responsibilities for man-made damaged products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For cross-border international shipping orders, the local customs bureau of the destination country will levy import duties, customs clearance fees and other related taxes in accordance with local foreign trade policies and commodity supervision regulations.

All customs-related expenses incurred in international logistics are fully borne by the customer. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any import taxes and customs fees.
